I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is committed to providing a warm and supportive therapeutic environment. My experience spans outpatient and residential treatment settings, each offering a unique perspective on care. In outpatient treatment, I worked within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to provide comprehensive, evidence-based support. In residential settings, I specialized in adolescent eating disorder treatment, helping young individuals navigate the complexities of recovery in a structured environment. Additionally, I have worked in residential senior care services, providing support to older adults facing grief, isolation, and life transition challenges. This breadth of experience has deepened my understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of a tailored, client-centered approach to healing.

My background in both healthcare and mental health has equipped me with the skills, insight, and compassion needed to support clients at various stages of their journey.
